This carefully curated home is rich in character and photo ready for your next intimate gathering. We have hosted countless micro-birthdays, engagements, bridal showers, pre-wedding gatherings and more. The rooftop patio is great for hot summer nights, the master bedroom with patio for private conversations, and the kitchen and main living area to listen to music, cook, converse and enjoy. Most importantly, if you choose Rosa Penthouse for your event please know that requires a lot of care. Sophistication and cleanliness is required. See rules below. Bluetooth Sound System » The living room has built in Bose sound system. Connect via bluetooth. » Any additional sound equipment brought in must be communicate to and approved by Danielle. Furniture » All furniture in the photos is included and cannot be removed. Heating & Air Conditioning » The inside is fully heated and very cozy in the colder months. » The inside also has strong AC to keep cool in the warmer months. Food & Beverage » You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen, please clean up after or additional charges will incur. » Bring your own food & beverage (including alcohol) at no extra charge. 🜁 Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival, however will not be present during your reservation, but will be on call by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check in time. 🜂 Check-Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need to book more time. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check out time. 🜃 Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $150. Please inquire about waiving this fee if you are a small group with no food or alcohol. 🜄 About Us We provide boutique event venues for intimate gatherings. Our spaces have also been a successful backdrop for countless photoshoots and films. We have hosted 600+ events since opening in 2021.

While the space needs cool air (AC) to thrive, and so do you in it, the windows are opened with fans on to air out the space before and after any booking. Soap and access to hot water is available in 3 places. Will provide one large hand sanitizer as well.
