Historic Cottage with Abundant Natural Light and Architectural Interest

The cottage is a perfect location for photo shoots, video production, events and dinners. Built in 1896, it is the first dwelling in its Queen Anne neighborhood, with a large landscaped and wooded lot. The kitchen is fully stocked for shooting images and video with food content. We have hosted several photographers and videographers. All have been thoroughly impressed with the light, space, and natural sounds. We have held events of up to 30 people fitting comfortably while being delighted by the charm and beauty of the home.

Cleaning processes are described in the COVID 19 Measures Check List. Please take responsibility for your own behavior when on the premises. Open the doors, keep distance and wear masks. All surfaces are disinfected before and after each stay. We ask that you do not allow any crew or guest inside any of the bedding.
