Über The Dancehouse
We are a dance studio and small theatre space that was created for fine and performing artists. We provide a safe and affordable sanctuary for all skill levels, ages, and artistic endeavors. The space was formed out of need for more consistent and convenient rehearsal space. In June of this year, we have expanded and moved, and have begun to rent our spaces to the general public. This is a great space for: - Athletic Shoots - Dance Class Videography - Photo Shoots - Product Marketing - Film Shoots Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments; the overtime rate is 1.5x the hourly rate of the space. Studio and space is cleaned daily. Common area surfaces are sanitized between renters. Two additional fans were installed to help push out the air in the studio.
