We are a dance studio and small theatre space that was created for fine and performing artists. We provide a safe and affordable sanctuary for all skill levels, ages, and artistic endeavors. Currently based in a warehouse Point Loma, was formed in 2012 out of need for more consistent and convenient rehearsal space. In June of this year, we have expanded and moved, and have begun to offering more dance classes and rental spaces to the general public. We are still currently renting out space to local companies, teachers, and independent contractors; the current rates for studio rentals are $35/hour for classes and $85/hour for parties.
