Creative Spacious natural light two story studio at the Historic Pearl Brewery which is perfect as a production space. Great textures and unique furniture ideal for photo and film shoots. Space has a full service kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and an Espresso machine, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There are two meeting areas one downstairs and one in the upstairs loft which is perfect to work out of since it has stainless steel tables against the wall. Space also has a shower and two bathrooms great for the fit executive or those late work nights.
