Our space is a three-bedroom home with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, of Mission Bay and of Ocean Beach. The well-appointed interior is complemented by a 7 1/2 ft 1914 Steinway Piano, along with an eclectic collection of artwork that includes paintings, sculptures, and prints. There are numerous outdoor spaces that afford both quiet, contemplative relaxation with exciting views and activities. The decks overlook a forty-foot lap pool surrounded by lush greenery. The main floor is an open floorplan that is perfect for gatherings and for entertaining: Great Room, Kitchen, Dining (indoor and outdoor), Patio & Deck. With walls of glass doors and windows facing the ocean and Sea World, breathtaking views are ever-present from virtually every room. The Master suite is spacious and includes lots of natural light with access to the outside deck. The ensuite is large and has a double vanity, a walk-in closet, and a huge double shower. The downstairs bedrooms also have spectacular views, as well as direct access to the lower deck. From about April through October, our forty-foot lap pool is heated (by solar). The total cost of the rental will depend on several factors, including the following: - how you plan to use the home during your stay; - how many guests total will be at the home (even if they aren't all there at the same time), - how much of the space you intend to occupy (e.g., most production events do not require the use of the pool, the bedrooms, and the bedrooms' dedicated bathrooms).
