There are stone steps to take you into the large flat backyard with a white picket fence. There is a 25' by 30' stone courtyard area with a stone waterfall, fire pit, an outdoor tv, multiple seating areas, twinkle lights, a garden, and a swing in the back patio area. The home is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This is a very safe neighborhood. A host will remain onsite - upstairs and out of sight - available for anything questions or anything you may need during your rental.

We ensure the home is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the CDC guidelines. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected. We have a brand-new A/C system (June, 2020) with HEPA filters. We have improved our outdoor areas - with outdoor bluetooth speakers, an outdoor television, couch, plants and twinkle lights. Additional seating has also been added to the front porch near the front porch swing and table. We provide hand sanitizer on site for guest use.
