Peerspace description Atmospheric industrial loft photo studio. Great natural lights, excellent evening atmosphere. This space includes many unique vignettes and is perfect for shoots that need different scenes or 'looks' to be shot in one location. The space has a large kitchen. 20ft ceilings. Spiral staircase leads up to main loft. Multiple skylights. The space can comfortably accommodate about 40 people but has been known to accommodate more. Pricing will strictly match number of people in attendance, Please be sure to see the pricing table. Furniture and fixtures are constantly being moved around. If you see something specific in the photographs that you want for a shoot, please be sure to ask about it so that I have it for you. ABSOLUTELY NO FILMING OUTSIDE, UNLESS DISCUSSED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. For large scale production please inquire for package rates and access to dedicated workshop and tools. Welding, woodworking and casting capabilities on site. ***PLEASE make sure that I have confirmed your booking. I have had several people make an inquiry and never check back and their time slot was never booked.
