Built in 2015 in inner NE Portland, this house is located near some of the best restaurants and parks in the city. It's an open layout, skinny house that can comfortably entertain 20 people and seat 8 for dining. There's a small backyard and deck, front sitting room, pantry, kids Harry Potter style playroom under the stairs, heat and AC, and 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level. The lowest level of the home has a partial basement, one bedroom ADU that we rent out on Airbnb but could make available to Peerspace when necessary. The adjacent neighborhood, Irvington, has one of the nicest and most historic homes in all of Portland.
