Our newly renovated garden apartment is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in a historic brownstone in Bed-Stuy with lots of natural light and hardwood floors. Featuring a comfortable queen size bed and several large closets, a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, gas burning chef oven/stove, toaster, coffeemaker, etc.), and a bright, clean new bathroom. In addition, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. Tastefully decorated with mid-century and vintage industrial furniture, original artworks and access to a lovely, lush garden where it's not uncommon to hear birds chirping and even spot a few cardinals or oaks. The closest subway station is only 5 minutes walk to Halsey St on the J line. The C train is about 10 minutes walk at Ralph station. We love Bed-Stuy! It is a true Brooklyn neighborhood with a real sense of community that we are lucky to call home. Our street is residential but only 5-minute walk to delicious restaurants and cute cafes.
