My husband & I rehabbed an old bank turning it into an unique living/entertaining space. The main floor is about 1500 sq. feet of open space. The natural light is great with 18 foot ceilings & 8 windows that are 5x10 feet. We tried to preserve many of the original details; terrazzo floor, marble & the copper & glass vestibule. You will also find 1 smaller room on the main floor that can be used. The original safe is still in tact, but scrappers got the safe's door. There are also two unique outdoor areas; a courtyard between our buildings, it's about 850 sq. feet strung with lights & a patio, about 800 sq. feet. Either area could easily be tented.
