Important Rental Policies:
1. Security Deposit Required: Price based on event type and attendance.
2. Food Policy: Please limit food to studios, lobby, and kitchen; no food inside the theatre.
3. Noise Control: Be mindful of other renters and keep doors closed if noise levels are high.
4. Overtime Charges: Any time exceeding your booking is charged at the standard hourly rate.
5. Alcohol Policy: Additional security deposit required if alcohol is served.
6. Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking; $200 fine if violated.
