The main space walls have been covered in state of the art sound proofing panels which makes it the perfect space for any and every meeting where groups will be present. Also, our space is located off a quiet street, non-residential street so noise is rarely, if ever, an issue. The property also includes: A private green back patio area, full kitchen, coffee maker, (2) bathrooms, full shower, easy access loading dock, remote controlled blackout curtains, smart color changing lighting throughout, and sound booth for private calls, making it the perfect space for any meeting or gatherings here in the Bay Area. There’s plenty of free & safe parking in front AND adjacent to our building. Hungry? Great! Our space is super close to a number of great dining spots that cater and are within walking distance.
