We are refurbishing an old dry cleaners in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. This space can be used for so many purposes: an event, dance class , painting class, show, instructional class, video or photoshoot. 800 square feet of space. Furniture, tables, additional light, ice maker, extension cords and projector can be rented for an additional fee The projector is an add on To have the colored lights in the picture you must get the light package add-on. If you would like to have alcohol on the premises you must pay the $150 corkage fee (it is an add on). Evening events with more than 35 people will require hired security. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. Located within a collective workspace for creatives, there’s often a buzz of energy throughout the compound. While your rental space is private, please note that other spaces within the building may be in use during your booking, and the rooms are not soundproof. We're an off-grid property, and each space comes with a power source that provides the equivalent of one standard circuit of electricity. If you need additional power, we offer extra power sources for rent—just let us know in advance. All spaces in the compound have access to the on-site bathroom, which is shared among guests.
