This space is only available for day time events, video and photo shoots. This event space provides an intimate space with modern and elegant ambiance. With an open floor plan, a loft and open dining room area this space has all the glamour of a modern feel with coziness of a home. With a vaulted ceiling, lots of windows, and a fireplace, this space will have your guest in an oasis of serenity. The space has the perfect amount of natural lighting making for a great space for photo shoots This modern space can accommodate 15-20 people and can be utilized for a variety of events were an intimating setting is preferred. Guest are welcome to use the kitchen, there are minimal cooking utensils. Please supply your own plates, cups, silverware, and napkins. Please advise if furniture will need to be rearranged. This space comes with 13 seats, a dinner table that seats 4, but can be expanded to seat 6.
