Studio 438 was designed as the most complete single shooter rental space possible in the Greater Portland Maine area. The combination of lush southwest light and a range of window modifiers make the space exciting for natural light shoots. The available hardware, gaff and strobe lighting makes 438 a complete package for the all other still work. From 10,000 watt/seconds of power to variator sources down to 19 watt/seconds, lots and lots more is available for rental. The shooting space measures 22’x35’ with a ceiling height of 15’ within an overall footprint of 25'x50'. The freight elevator moves your equipment from off street loading dock to our 4th floor studio so easily.
