Airy, bright, calming, and colorful with original hardwood floors and white brick fireplace. For filming, the space is full of white backdrops. Has a wide galley kitchen perfect for filming multiple angles. Sunroom is flooded with sunlight and can be used for activities such as a writing studio, music studio, or yoga practice. At night, it is an excellent space for a romantic and moody dining experience, movie night, etc. Backyard is a wonderful, private, green, blank space with large bamboo hedges and small patio. Perfect space to get creative! The property has eucalyptus, Italian cyprus, palm trees, small vegetable garden, and desert landscaping in the front yard. The garage is easily accessible and can be used to store equipment as needed. Please message for a site visit or measurements of rooms and yard space.
