The perfect place to have the most important event of your life! We have hosted several weddings of various configurations up to 50 people and they were amazing! We have the amenities that you need to have your perfect wedding. From a large lawn next to a 1/2 acre natural pond with fountain for your ceremony, to spectacular spots for your wedding photos, to many different areas to enjoy your wedding day with your family and friends for cocktail hour and reception. For your Wedding of 30 to 50 people, you have many areas to choose from: the main pool patio and cabana area, an upstairs deck overlooking the property, pergola with seating bar, a large fire-pit patio, and many smaller secluded seating areas around the property for people who want to have a quiet moment. There is a full bathroom available in the Cabana building for your use. For wedding events, our tennis court adjoining the pool/Cabana area is available to be set up with tables/chairs and tents (separate rental required) for a formal seated dinner reception. The entire property has pathway lighting at night, and lots of ambient and party lighting around the pool area (with in-pool "glow" lighting). Property Features: - Overall property size is 3.5 acres. bordered by trees. - Secluded Pool area with beautiful landscape, and pergola with propane grill (grill use is an add-on, seats approx. 25) - Cabana House with Audio System, fridge, sink, bar, and wifi (seats 4 at bar) - Multi-level upper deck overlooking the entire property with an additional wet bar, sink and mini-fridge (seats approx. 10) - Large Fire Pit Patio (fire pit use is an add-on, seats 8) - Tennis Court with full fencing for Formal Reception to set up your tents, guest tables, service tables, DJ, etc. (must arrange rentals yourself, will coordinate with you and your vendors for set-up/break-down) - Full bathroom available that is part of the Cabana building (toilet, sink, mirror, and shower if needed) - Party "disco" lights in front of Cabana after sunset (as desired) - Cabana Audio System - 1000w audio/video - 12 speakers around pool area with 250w subwoofer - 2 wireless microphones with echo/reverb mixer for announcement/karaoke that outputs through the Cabana Audio System - Wifi is available on the entire property in sections if needed (inquire during booking) - Fire pits (2 wood and 1 propane) are scattered around the property (see add-ons) - Different landscape gardens: Rock/gravel, Japanese-style, and multiple terraced gardens - Natural Pond with fish and fountain (lighted at night) and adjoining grass field - 2 small natural-style Koi/watergarden ponds (lighted at night) - Multiple Japanese style bridges over babbling brooks - Small natural stone waterfall with large bridge below for photos - Covered patio connected to the house overlooking the pond - Entire property is lighted during evening/overnight hours, path lighting, pond lighting, spotlights, and tree/landscape accent lighting - Please consider adding a minimum of 1 hour to your booking for 30 minutes setup and 30 minutes cleanup We call our property a Frog Hollow as frogs "bark" all summer long around the natural pond. Fall puts the beautiful colors on our Japaneses maples and other trees. Winter brings snow and beautiful iced edging to the brooks that feed the pond. Spring brings wonderful flowers and colors from the many varied blooming trees, bushes and bulbs we have planted. There is so much available, you have to come see!
