Urban Oasis with Pool, Garden & Gazebo/Gym

Hi! We are renting our landscaped garden with a large kidney-shaped pool and gazebo/gym in DC as a photography/film location and small daytime event space (max 10 people). Rentals are $175/hour for all time in the space (from setup to breakdown) with a 2-hour minimum. Generally, we accept bookings from 9am - 9pm. The rental gives you access to a 1/3 acre garden space with a swimming pool, a lounge area, a carport, and a bathroom. The garden, which has a lawn and multiple fruit trees is surrounded by trees creating a unique sheltered environment. There is a fire pit, a dining table with chairs and umbrella, lounge chairs, swings and benches in the garden. There is electricity and an extension cord in the garden. We also provide guests with a WiFi code. The garden is accessible through a separate entrance on the side of the house. Guests are welcome to bring food and drinks but are expected to clean up after themselves. Professional videographer/photographer services are available for an additional fee.
