The perfect outdoor space for SMALL intimate gatherings. Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, showers, fundraisers, brunches, gender reveals, small family gatherings or pop-up events. Two miles away from the closest metro. Outdoor seating: Maximum 30 guests. Rental includes access to backyard, kitchenette with mini fridge (no oven or stove), and use of bathroom. **Tables and chairs, as shown in the pictures, can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add on page for more info. We encourage ONE complementary walk through of the the space PRIOR to booking. Please feel free to reach out for an available time BEFORE booking. Sweep and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
