With a house tucked into the back of a garden front yard, in the middle of boystown, near many restaurants, bars, the space is perfect to be both in Chicago and to feel like you have gotten away. The space is perfect for photo shoots, small parties - baby/bridal showers, birthday, etc, happy hours, pop-ups and anything else you can think of! There are plenty of places for people to sit and be physically distanced and be outside. There is access to a kitchen and inside use of living room space. The house is a bed and breakfast and will happily let renters of the space peak into the rooms (if there are no guest booked in the room).

We disinfected all spaces and keep time between each booking for cleaning and disinfecting. We do not allow many people inside and the space is mainly used for outdoor usage.
