Conveniently located in East Hollywood near Silver lake. Our open bow-truss style 3000 sq ft studio and private open air side yard are tailored to be as flexible as possible for your next production. We feature a beautiful 18X22’X11ft high corner Cyc wall. 100amp dedicated lunchbox in the studio, ground level load in and on-sight parking. Wall mounted iPad jukebox with powerful sound system. Dedicated makeup/green room. Multiple bathrooms and dedicated client fridge. Our Location Manager will always be on-site during shoots and available to help your team with any additional eq needs. Please note there is a $100 paint and cleaning fee added to all bookings.

Our space is disinfected after all rentals. Rental grip equipment and makeup stations are throughly sanitized. We have a large on-site private side yard in order to offer extra team members space to socially distance during productions.
