This unique, industrial, fully decorated apartment is a beautiful oasis in the center of Downtown Los Angeles. This space is perfect for a day time or night time photo shoot, music video, short film, or any creative project. Located next to Pershing Square, this apartment features about 700 sq feet of space complete with a photo backdrop, beautiful couch, functional fire escape, and a great view of the city. You are welcome to use the bathroom and loft area as well. There is also a projector and wifi available for use.
