Public restrooms, large parking lot. Beautiful views. Perfect for any shoot needing a workshop style space. Notes: Extra fee if surfboards are used/shown. Shaper is available to be hired as talent, extra fee. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $2000/day

We provide all teams our health & safety COVID rules to follow and the owner and location rep will also follow (and sign off on) all of these rules, including signing off no symptoms, our taking temperatures, wearing masks, maintaining a distance. We will review the team's rules as well and make sure they are approved by all.
