It also features a wood burning fireplace, as well as a skylight in the kitchen. Tons of windows leave a lot of light in this east facing home. The main living/dining space can accommodate up to 30 people (with minimal furniture, standing room); three breakout rooms, including a sunroom, offer spaces for up to 15 people total. The outdoor spaces (up to 50 people) includes a patio, long lawn in the back and a wooded area up the hill for scenic nature and wildlife views all year round. There are folding tables and chairs for event or meeting style seating. This house on a hill keeps a little distance between the neighbors and the street, allowing for quiet and privacy. Nearby are restaurants, shops, banks, gas stations, drug stores etc. Mall with major retailers are is only a 10 minute drive. Two NYC train stations are within 2 miles, including Montclair State University.
