Pool with fantastic views! Home has 1800 sq. ft. of furnished outdoor deck/patio space with a gas fire pit and outdoor speakers. The pool faces west with spectacular sunset views. 3 levels of decks/patio with dining tables and chairs for 12 and lounge seating for 14. HUGE kitchen with double islands and bar space. Breakfast table seats 4. Art Deco Dining room seats 8. Light-filled open concept living area with fireplace. When you send an inquiry, please let me know how you plan to use the space and the total number of attendees. Just trying to determine how to best prepare the house for you. Let me know if you have any special requests (e.g. you want to bring an animal). The owner may be on-premises during the shoot/event but will be out of the way and respect your privacy. Please note that I do not book more than 3 months out due to uncertainties in my schedule.
