The space is a downtown Austin event venue located on historic Congress Avenue with views of the Paramount & State Theatre’s and the Capitol building. The space features an open warehouse look that’s industrial yet polished with original exposed brick and foundation walls and covered street-level terrace.
The exposed steel beams are perfect for rigging trusses and lighting equipment. The street level entrance features garage doors that will easily allow access for scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
