6 Acre Ranch with Barn, Industrial Barns, Roping Arena, Guest House, Pool with Cabana

Located in Santa Rosa Valley, Ventura County our 6 Acre Ranch (mini ranch) offers 100x200 lighted roping arena with sand. An 8 stall barn with breezeway with four horses and outdoor corrals with white vinyl fencing. Two other massive industrial out buildings offer great light. The guest house can be used for makeup, restroom, kitchen, wardrobe. The pool with a cabana is another place for great light and vibe. Four horses on the property can be used as background only. We have trucks and tractors, quad, and a golf cart that you can use for pictures or film. Lots of old barn wood faded furniture you can use as well.Beyond the arena is a trail with old eucalyptus trees and pepper trees. Open Spaces are here! The house is a white 1975 Ranch House with tons of used brick. Warner Brothers shot a Christmas Catalog here and other Photographers as well, over the years including me:) Indoor use of house is not allowed. All spaces, buildings ,barns and porches are allowed. Please bring all trash out after use. Rates are 175.00 an hour with a three hour minimum.35 people or under. 6am-10:00pm 7 days a week. We hope to see you soon!
