Our converted storefront is spacious, bright and ready for your next production! The vintage boho themed space includes a cozy seating area complete with a plush tufted velvet couch, coffee table, greenery and boho wall decor. The walls are painted bright white and mostly bare to allow a blank slate for your event decor ideas. Large south facing windows bring in tons of natural light throughout the day. The vintage tin ceiling tiles add warmth and character to the space. The open floor plan allows you to craft the perfect layout for your next production and provides ample space for your subject, crew and equipment. The space has 11ft ceilings, new floors and copious electrical outlets throughout for A/V equipment and additional lighting. Kindly include your set up and clean up time in your reservation. We're conveniently located on Belmont Ave, walking distance to the Belmont Blue Line CTA Station, the intersection of Pulaski and Belmont and a short drive from 90/94. There's convenient street parking on Belmont and easy keyless entry. You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and to start planning your event! All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
