Looking for a space to have the perfect home session without worrying about a cute aesthetic or a space that allows you to produce that next level editorial vibe? We've got ya covered! OUR STUDIO We have designed our space that not only inspires the creatives that walk through the door but allow you to bring the perfect mood board to life. We've styled a full mid century modern vibe along with tons of pampas, plants, backdrop paper, and props to inspire any creative rut. Did we mention the brown hardwood floors, high ceilings white/brick walls, custom-built arches and a wall of high windows? Our East facing windows offer the perfect cozy morning session or an afternoon glow that isn't harsh. Our space is perfect for: Couple Sessions Brand Work Editorial Work Intimate Vow Exchanges Lifestyle Sessions Studio includes: full living room set up w/ real plant babies, 8ft tall + 12ft wide Tulum inspired arches, moveable curtain wall, whicker chair, metal stool, wooden stool (2), 6ft moveable table, clothing rack, 4ft wooden desk, changing tent Additional Add-Ons: Metal C Stands (2), **Located in the heart of Pioneer Square, we wouldn't recommend our space for a music video or podcast. PLEASE READ RULES - USE OF WOODEN TULUM INSPIRED ARCHES: The studio is equipped with beautiful wooden arches, which are delicate and must be handled with care. Renters are strictly prohibited from hanging any objects, decorations, or equipment from the wooden arches. This includes, but is not limited to, drapes, fabrics, lights, command strips, fishing wire, or any other adhesive materials that may cause damage to the arches. The arches are a cream color. DAMAGE AND REPAIR OF ARCHES: In the event that the wooden arches are damaged due to a renter's negligence, including but not limited to hanging unauthorized items, the renter will be held liable for the cost of repair or replacement. The studio reserves the right to assess the extent of damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement costs. BUILDING INFORMATION - The building has spunk but NO elevator, and we're located on the 4th floor, so please keep that in mind. - Please feel free to move stuff around. Bring your vision to life. Just, please put everything back the way it was staged when you arrived. - There may be a rental right after yours, so please account for the cleanup time into your rental. - No animals in the space unless discussed. We love our furry friends but it’s an old space. Thanks for understanding. - The loft is large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Can't wait to see what you create!
