Thank you for viewing our space! HOURLY RATES: MON-THUR, $160; FRI and SUN. $200, SAT. $220. We have 2 FLOORS. Please book the actual time of 4 HOURS for your event. Clients can setup/decorate 2 HOURS before start time at no additional cost, and there is 1 hour after the event ends for breakdown. Tables and folding chairs are included in the rental along with other amenities. (See amenities section). Dec. 31 and Jan. 1 - please inquire for pricing This pricing is for Baby Showers; Gender Reveal; Bridal Shower; Engagement; Dinners; Birthday; Wedding/Reception; Graduation; Anniversary etc. SPECIAL RATES for Pop up Shops and Re-pass. Inquire within. (Custom price will be sent for these events). Affordable open space (white walls) to decorate for your event. Chiavari chairs are an additional price.
