We are experienced at hosting film shoots with craft services. 1500 sq ft Gallery, Show, Set of 5500 sq ft of various uses. Music Studio, Conference room, kitchen, yoga dance studio, offices, areas that can be staged as Talk Show, Bedroom, Living Room, class room and more. We have various furnishings and props that can be used. We have and on site Chef for your craft and catering needs. We have a beautiful new kitchen with an 11 ft island that is perfect for cooking shows and classes. We have hosted Reunions, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, Musical Shows, Indie Film and music videos. Located in a Shopping Center above retail shops. Free parking. Eateries in the shopping center as well as a Target and Trader Joe’s. Daily rate of $900 based on 12 day

We space our events at least 3 days in between. Floors are mops twice weekly and immediately after each event. All surfaces are cleaned twice weekly and after each event.
