Every corner of this mid century home has been carefully curated for style and comfort. Huge outside loggia with newly poured concrete floors, mountain views, large grass yard surrounded by a privacy wall of foliage. Kidney shaped pool just off the large covered patio that includes hanging chairs, outdoor seating for lounging and dining as well as a newly built modern outdoor kitchen. Inside is a large open chefs kitchen with dining for six and two sets of glass doors that open to create an indoor/outdoor flow. The living/dining room has a two way gas fire place, built in MCM floor to ceiling shelving and designer vintage furnishings. There are two large guest bedrooms with queen size beds, a hall bathroom that has a private entrance to the hot tub area and a main bedroom with en suite bathroom. The main bedroom has double doors that open to a private nook with a hot tub and gas fire pit and outdoor shower. This sprawling compound is located on a golf course and for an additional fee can have a vintage golfcart or airstream for use with filming.
