The space is set up for filming interviews or content for content creators. The four 12'x12' windows provide gorgeous natural light, and the polished concrete floors are reflective and photogenic. There is a fully equipped kitchen, good for filming cooking or food demonstrations, bathroom and shower. This is also a great space for still photography, with 1200 square feet to move your lights around, you can either light and shoot something withe blackout drapes drawn, or use the natural light from the windows. There are two couches (one mid-century modern velvet show couch for use), three industrial stools, a wine barrel table, a wooden coffee table, three desk chairs, two cloth backings and a retro chalk board for production design use. Equipment available for use: Production - Lighting kit, 4K Sony Fs5 Camera with lenses, tripods, soft boxes, and gimbal cam. Post Production - MacPro editing system set up with Premiere Pro, voice over booth and 100TB of storage. All filming must take place entirely inside the unit, and I must be present at all times. For an additional fee, you can hire out my services as a director, cinematographer and/or editor. The system is designed to produce content swiftly and efficiently such that there is no loss of time between filming and editing.
