We offer an optional upgrade to a full studio of nearly 2300 sq. foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet up. This is the pace for photographers or videographers to shoot your next fashion photography, music video, headshots, product photography, commercials. *Fee: $90/hr business hour 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri, 1.5x for overtime, weekends, and after hours. Overtime Hourly Pricing is based on Peerspace rules of 30-minute increments. Extra-person fee: $5 each person each hour (please as a quote if it is more than what studio can accommodate for cleaning fee) * Hair & Makeup Room, bathroom, small chairs, apple box, and 3 LED lighting with 2 C-stand, Free Wifi (Included in the studio rental price).
