Antique Loft is a 4000 square foot newly restored Loft space. Reminiscent of Soho in the 1990's. It has 1000 square foot wrap around terrace with spectacular views of the Manhattan Skyline not available anywhere else in town. You will love this room because it is extremely versatile and can host all event types. Occupancy is up to 175 people. Antique Bar & Bakery is the preferred caterer; we offer your favorites from their restaurant menus but also offer customized menus. Outside caterers also welcome; venue is brand new to the area; steps away from Path Train.

Safety measures in the building include: •Our entire building has been disinfected with bleach & cleaned consistently. This includes furniture, surfaces, restrooms, doorknobs •We have installed PHI Air Purifiers to all ductwork in the building [PHI filters remove dust mites, mold, toluene, PM2.5 particles and other pollutants while decomposing harmful gas at a 99% sterilization rate. The principle of the technology is that instead of waiting for the dust to pass through the filter, the filter itself produces particles that find dust and sterilize them] •Hand sanitizer kiosks have been installed in the lobby, as well as a digital thermometer What you can expect during your event: •TWO PHI Air Purifiers through the ductwork •Our gloved staff will open doors and handle elevator buttons •Loft team members will be wearing masks and gloves for the entire event •All china, glass & silver are cleaned with dishwasher formula at 180-degree temperatures after each event
