Conveniently located in Sacramento midtown second floor on the corner of J and 25th street. We offer an optional upgrade to a full studio of nearly 2400 sq foot studio for beginner to expert photographers and filmmakers, small and medium group meet-ups. This is the place for photographers or videographers to shoot your next fashion photograph, music video, headshot, product photography, and commercials. *Fee: $119/hr business hour 9 am-5 pm Mon-Fri, 1.5x for overtime, weekends, and after hours. Overtime Hourly Pricing is based on Peerspace rules of 30-minute increments. Extra-person fee: $5 each person each hour (please as a quote if it is more than what the studio can accommodate for the cleaning fee) *Add-on: (minimum 2hr, can be booked separately from a different list or book full studio) - One Private Moody Boudoir Room Set | $20/hr + $30 Cleaning Fee * Hair & Makeup Room, bathroom, small chairs, apple box, and 3 LED lights with 2 C-stands, Free Wi-Fi (Included in the studio rental price).
