The home DOESN'T come with Free full Propane tanks. Guests will be responsible to refill them for their own personal usage as owners don't live in the property . Thank you! Guest access: You will access to the whole entire house and the whole entire property. Jacuzzi usage has an extra fee and can be arranged with host ahead of time or during your stay. Please be careful when using the jacuzzi and use at your own risk. *please SHOWER before using the jacuzzi* please treat it with care /no solid food or anything dirty in there. If the water is dirty after you check out, Extra service charge $100 to drain and refill new water Thank you!
