A source of inspiration behind the Rosa portfolio, this is the hub where not only Rosa was co-created, but still serves as a meeting place of the minds. There is not a detail unattended to, and the light soaking in on even the most grey day can boost serotonin levels. Our 9 skylights and the "stairway to heaven" will give you epic backdrop to however you wish to use the space. Bluetooth Sound System » The living room has built in Bose sound system. Connect via bluetooth. Furniture & Meeting Equipment » All furniture in the photos is included. » Please inquire about any additional equipment needed for your meeting. Heating & Air Conditioning » The inside is fully heated and very cozy in the colder months. » The inside also has strong AC to keep cool in the warmer months. Food & Beverage » You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen, please clean up after or additional charges will be incurred. » Bring your own food & beverage at no extra charge. 🜁 Check-In The host will greet you upon arrival, however will not be present during your reservation, but will be on call by telephone and able to return to the space if needed. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check in time. 🜂 Check-Out The host will be on site at your check out time to do a final walkthrough. Please communicate at least one hour in advance if you need more time. Instructions will be given if host cannot make the check out time. 🜃 Cleaning Fee There is a cleaning fee of $100.
