Outdoor Decks Amidst Towering Trees

El Cajon Lakeside Countryside party area close to it all but with a feeling of being surrounded by nature. Towering trees with birds and wildlife and five decks built into the hill creating a perfect spot for a socially distanced event. Strings of lights hung throughout all the spaces creating a beautiful ambiance at sunset or for night events. Over an acre in a canyon with a small stream at the bottom, patios and decks, BBQ grill, gym, access to hot tub, large trampoline with waterpark feature, back deck overlooking canyon. The home is located on the El Cajon, Lakeside border just off of the 8. You are free to walk the path down to the river area and hang out under the huge trees or use the tire swing in the tree. There is also a small covered space with views of the creek and this can be set up with tables if more seating is needed. Minutes from the cute town of Lakeside a couple miles from Old-Town, down-town with quaint small-town shops, a lake with a bike path around it, etc. Two minutes from the Freeway for fast access to the many area attractions. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at the house and plenty of free street parking down the private drive for extra vehicles (not meters, no time limits but a bit of a walk up the drive). We have 3 huge round tables and several rectangle-shaped and thin serving tables available for rent as well as some chairs and other amenities. Fire-pit coffee table with grill or cover and free fire-wood. Heaters both propane and electric throughout the upper decks. One deck with a tiki cover is perfect for a band (mix-board, PA speaker, and band lighting available for an additional fee). We can add in mosquito-repellant burning torches. You can use the bbq as well. Using the BBQ, torches & propane heaters will incur an additional fee of $5/hour for fuel. There is a large trampoline with a water-park feature. Off the top deck is the kitchen which can be used for heating/warming, ice, etc. as needed for an additional fee (simply contact us to request this and discuss what you need). The spaces are cleaned and sanitized after each stay for health and safety measures following the Covid-19 protocols.
