Custom proposal for larger projects.** *Rate will increase if group size exceeds 6 people* * RENTAL TIME BEGINS UPON ENTRY AND ENDS AT TIME OF EXIT. YOUR RENTAL TIME INCLUDES SETUP AND BREAKDOWN. PLEASE EXTEND YOUR RENTAL TIME TO ACCOMMODATE ANY SETUP AND BREAKDOWN NEEDED. PLEASE RESPECT THIS! Fort Greene, (which functions as a cocktail bar at night) is adorned with antiqued green walls and vintage patterned wallpaper, green couches, white marble tables, and other antique furniture. The space has a very long horizontal mirror, as well as a piano and small organ. The back bar is from the late 1800s and also has a large curved mirror framed within it. There are also light red paper poppies hanging from the ceiling. The space has a cozy living room feel, with vintage wallpaper and antique furniture including a yellow chartreuse couch. We also have a "disco" area that has brick walls, concrete floors, and a green and white mural by the artist Lucas Beaufort. The ceiling has light-up clouds sculptures and a disco ball of course :)

We hire a cleaner after every space rental as well as having the spaced cleaned on a weekly basis. Our staff also disinfects and cleans the space at the start of every shift and at the end of the shift.
