Stylish Urban Home Perfect for Interviews and Apartment Scenes

This is the perfect setting for your indoor photo shoots or if you are looking for a comfortable lounge for laid back interviews or meetings. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a multifamily home. It is equipped with a brand new white kitchen which is great for cooking shows. There are also two stylishly decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds and a cozy sunroom with a day bed. We also have a separate office if needed for an office scene. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom. Sunroom has 2 twin size beds, which is a daybed with trundle. - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional full kitchen - Dimmable dining room chandelier - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror in bedroom - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. -Use of backyard space is an additional $150 per booking NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene. This must be requested ahead of time. Location scouts are welcome.
