Comes furnished with mid-century modern furniture (table and chairs) a wooden podcast desk with professional podcast equipment (RODEcaster Pro + Rode Podcaster mics + articulating arms), rolling chairs, headphones, black curtains, mini fridge, microwave, and great views. Great for: -Recording Podcasts -Filming for music videos or films -Meetings -Presentations -In person casting sessions -Private Writing Sessions -Workspace -Recording ADR or VO -etc. (space is not 100% audio proof) *An HD Projector with an A/V cart is available upon request.* *Additional video and audio equipment are available at extra cost. Podcast engineer, camera operators, or other crew members are also available at extra cost.* *Smart TV available upon request. The floor includes access to 2 bathrooms and a hand-washing area. Waiting area outside of the podcast room is a shared space with other tenants. This is a historic building with a manual elevator that runs from 930am-4pm, with the exception of 12:30pm-1pm. Only available Mon-Fri's on non-holidays.
