Thank You! :) The space is a Colombian coffee shop located in the heart of the Roosevelt neighborhood of Seattle, inside the Mio Apartment building, across from Roosevelt High School. It is an approachable, purposefully luxurious fine dining style cafe that is meticulously clean and maintained. Key Details: - 40 seats - 2 single-use bathrooms - Free street parking in the surrounding area - Floor to ceiling windows - Additional outdoor patio seating and tables available for warmer temperatures - Side accordion wall opens up all the way, inviting guests to move in and out of the space, providing an open-air experience.
