Positioned on the top of a picturesque hill overlooking a rural small town and miles of natural countryside, this 6,000 square foot, newly renovated banquet facility has the ability to host up to 100 dining guests with plenty of room for dancing. The main ballroom with three sides of wall-to-wall windows allows guests to look over the scenic property of hickory trees and rolling hills. While the interior space is perfect for weddings and receptions, the floor is completely open with no permanent fixtures so just about anything is possible from dance classes to photo and film shoots, bingo to corporate meetings, anniversary parties to yoga classes...the space can easily be transformed into any business or event. Newly renovated restrooms offer guests a modern, touch-free visit, and the large commercial kitchen is equipped for any food preparation needs absent fryer and stove top. Outside, guests will find the state's smallest operating church, with an intimate 8x8' natural pine sanctuary, complete with a bell for the happy couple to ring.

Having already renovated this space with touch-free measures before March 2020, we have continued to keep health a safety priority by eliminating unnecessary soft furnishings, positioning sanitizing stations throughout the entire building, and posting reminder posters at doors and entrances. Thorough cleaning is employed between and during each event by our onsite staff, specifically trained in the latest safety guidance.
