The grounds feature a stunning 1,974 sq. ft open floor plan with high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, multi-zone air conditioners and heaters, fireplace, and an abundance of natural light. The entire house is painted white for extra brightness, clean look and feel. All of the furniture is from Gestalt New York, Feelgood Designers, and Friends Founders. The space includes a bedroom available as a changing/wardrobe room or a place to take 1-1 meetings and another room that is perfect as a production space or place to hold meetings. We have plenty of space perfect for meetings, conferences, work sessions, etc! Office-wide WiFi, access to the kitchen. Included in your booking is use of the entire backyard. The guest house is a quaint and private 1BR /1B space that has its own entrance. This beautiful, airy space has central AC and heat, a large abundance of natural light, and a small kitchenette. The Guest House also has its own private deck with outdoor furniture and a hammock for your use. The stunning backyard is located on a .31 acre lot with two 8ft long banquet tables, lounge area and a sparkling 8ft pool. **The fireplace is gas lit. Please do NOT put anything in the fireplace. Doing so will result in a $200 cleaning fee.** BREAKDOWN: Amenities: 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen for your use, heating/AC, multiple lounge areas, a pool, and more! High-Speed WiFi Outdoor Deck (seats up to 15 people) Comfy Sofa and Chairs Two Restrooms Kitchen + Kitchen Amenities (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, etc.) Calming Views Located in quiet neighborhood No pets or smoking Street parking is available surrounding the property but be sure to read parking regulation signs! Tons of catering options nearby: Alfred's Coffee, Starbucks, Kreation, Joan’s on Thirds, Tender Greens, Joe and the Juice, Urth Cafe and more! LEAVE NO TRACE\CLEANING: You're in charge to return the house the way you got it. Move furniture back where they belong and leave nothing behind (unless booked for consecutive days). You'll have to pick up all trash around the house (trash bags provided) and take to the bins around the back of the guest house, please do not leave food in the fridge. Additional cleaning fee will be added to your booking in the case extra cleaning is required.
