Total building consists of 10,500 SQ feet. 6500 is open warehouse, with 18' ceilings. We offer 3 Studios. Studio 1 --> Includes 49' wide Cyclorama wall, with Code Red access to the building. Multiple entrances include Truck and Forklift access. Studio 2 --> Includes a stage with fully automated programable lighting as well as fully equipped sound & Fog machine. Studio 3 --> located on the 2nd floor offers 18' Cyclorama wall. All Studio rentals will give you access to the following areas: We have 2 dressing rooms with Glam mirrors and racks. We have 2 make-up stations made by Impressions Vanity. We have 5 Bathrooms We have kitchen area VIP & additional private lounge areas We offer fully equipped GYM at an additional cost.

Our facility is cleaned and sanitized between projects. Upon entrance, we have sings asking EVERYONE to wear a mask. We have hand sanitizers, gloves and masks available upon request. We recommend social distancing inside our building.
