Audio Visual (AV) Studio - Newly Renovated, Industrial Style

The space is divided into 4 sections... 1) Conference Room 2) Open Workspace Area 3) AV Studio 4) Control Room. The conference room is approximately 28' x 16' and features a center table approx. 4.5' x 8' with 6 executive chairs. There is also plenty of additional seating with club chairs and couch. An 86" digital display screen adds functionality for displaying and sharing your computer screen with the group! Also included in the conference room is a snack station equipped with waters, seltzers, and munchies! The Workspace measures 39' x 25' and is equipped with two built-in counter tables with stools. There's also an 86" digital display screen on the wall for watching TV, listening to music, or sharing your computer screen! There's a sitting area space, plenty of room for additional tables or chairs, and a shuffleboard table! The space also features two large industrial sliding doors and a matching vintage scale. The space also allows for some natural light. The AV Studio is approximately 24' x 22' and is equipped with soundproofing, carpeting, house lighting, and drape. The Control Room measures about 22' x 17.' The control room equipment is not included in the rental of the space. However, it can be set up with your own equipment to monitor your project. Rooms can be re-arranged to accommodate specific requests. The space is ideal for hosting a video/photo shoot or audio recordings. Plenty of free parking. Restrooms are shared with other business residents.
