Many eclectic furniture options available for use or to be removed to bring in your own set up. A mobile bar and fire pit is available and ready to arranged in any preferred set up. Multiple texture for backdrops along with a beautiful sky line and incredible sunsets and an illuminating golden hour. Deck is lined with string lights to light up the night along with access to multiple power outlets for additional lighting. Green room is available with couch, makeup table, mini fridge and coffee table for an additional price - $35/hr (reflecting booking hours) - WIFI accessibility. - Free street parking for multiple cars. - Access to drive way (not pictured), first level patio + two level deck with view. - 1st bundle of wood included with each booking for the fire pit. - Mobile bar is equip with cooler - Open daily with a 4 hour minimum - Maximum occupancy is 50 people. - Please allow enough time for set up and break down, you will be charge for use of the property. - Strict noise ordinance due to it being a residential area | Weekdays :10PM, Weekends: 11PM. **Past the 10 minute cut off a $50/min charge will be added.** ADDITIONAL ADD-ONS (Messages host for pricing: + MIC SET UP + BLUETOOTH SPEAKER + SOUND SYSTEM SET UP + GREEN ROOM + FIREWOOD + OUTDOOR PROJECTOR... 1080p display + PROJECTOR SCREEN + PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES + BAR SERVICES WALK THROUGH: Due to the high demand of walk throughs, for the security of our property a required nonrefundable $50 deposit before viewings. FAQs: 1. No access to the interior of the house besides the restroom on the first floor. Rental is for the outdoor space only with the exception of the additional green room add on. 2. Additional amenities are available for request for an additional cost. (See "Add-ons"). 3. No loitering outside of residence or blocking of the public streets. 4. No elevator access - stairs only. 5. This is a private residence, so respectfully the noise ordinance is strictly as listed. 6. If event runs overtime (with approval) you will be charged from the time you enter the property until entire party leaves the premises. 7. Walk throughs are welcome with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Deposit will carry over with booking. 8. Furniture can be moved by guest, but must be returned by the end of the booking. Furniture removal by host is an additional cost.
