Looking for a space to have the perfect editorial session without worrying about using a one of a kind space or a space that allows you to produce that next level vibe? We've got ya covered! OUR EDITORIAL DESERT INSPIRED STUDIO We have designed our space that not only inspires the creatives that walk through the door, but allow you to bring the perfect mood board to life. We've curated a dreamy bedroom corner, a CUSTOM cream colored lime wash wall for some editorial vibes, a live floral installation, and plenty of trendy furniture pieces to bring your creative vision to life! Our WEST facing windows offer the perfect afternoon glow or a perfect California sunset vibe (if sunny outside). We designed the space to completely transport you to somewhere creative and allows you to experience that sweet California desert... all while never leaving Seattle. Space Includes: wifi, live plants, 1 vintage dark brown, wassily chair, 1 low faux leather lounger, custom lime washed wall (cream color), 3 tiered wooden boxes, 2 mirrors, 4ft wooden table, 2 clear back chair, rattan chair, various props Our space is perfect for: Couple Sessions Brand Work Maternity Sessions Editorial Work Boudoir Intimate Vow Exchanges Lifestyle Sessions Styled Shoots + More OUR SPACE IS NOT IDEAL FOR: Little ones - we have live cacti and they definitely bite back.. HARD. Live performances - The walls are pretty thin at Neu Haus - Don't worry we have a 2nd studio that is perfect for live performances. Check out Olive Seattle. PETS - Sorry no pets at Neu Haus. No exceptions. PLEASE READ: - WE ARE A NO SHOE STUDIO - Please remove all shoes when entering our space to help keep the white floors in good condition for all of our guest. You may wear shoes in front of the camera -- Failure to comply will result in a will not host again. Thank you! - PLEASE TAKE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS & GAME DAYS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN BOOKING. -The building has spunk but NO elevator, and we're located on the 3rd floor, so please keep that in mind. - Please feel free to move stuff around. Bring your vision to life. Just, please put everything back the way it was staged when you arrived. We have installed a reference photo with instructions on the back for the door. - There may be a rental right after yours, so please account for the cleanup time into your rental. - The bed and canopy are both non-moveable. - No animals in the space. We love our furry friends but it’s an old space. Thanks for understanding. - The space is large enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Can't wait to see what you create!

We take our clients safety very important. That being said we encourage all our guests to use the hand sanitizer provided. We also require all guests to wear a mask unless you are having your picture taken. The space has also has been designed to encourage a safe working condition. In between each booking we do clean the space and wipe/spray the room down.
